Income for The Year 2017
Our income for 2017 was RM4,117,507mainly from rentals amounting to RM1,843,132 and
interest from loans amounting to RM2,157,139.
Expenses for The 2017
Our expenses has increased by RM479,666
from RM3,432,352 in 2016 and to RM3,912,018 in 2017.
The major increase is due to the writing-off a piece of land (investment property) in Kuala Langat, Selangor.
Specific Deposit
We would like to inform all our members that effective 01-September-2017,
all new Specific Deposit
and Specific Deposits coming up for renewal after 31-August-2017 ,
will be at the rate of 4.5% per annum.
